新北市浮洲合宜住宅地下室大樑出現裂縫，遭民眾質疑施工品質，對此新北市工務局今天表示，本案為內政部營建署辦理案件，已立刻請營建署妥善處理，回應民意，在使用執照核發部分，市府也會為市民嚴格把關。

新北市政府工務局指出，浮洲合宜宅是營建署辦理的土地標售案，對於民眾反應的問題，據營建署表示，目前已由台灣省土木技師公會協助鑑定安全事宜，並評估裂縫原因及補強方式，新北市政府也拜託營建署與施工廠商儘速確認裂縫對結構安全的影響；另請內政部營建署加強督導並啟動品管機制； 市府也會保障市民權益，在核發使用執照時嚴格把關。
